We do not accept refunds at this time.

We will not be accepting any returns or refunds due to Covid closures or other cirumstances relating to Covid.

  

Merchandise Exchange Policy

 

At this time we only accept even exchanges.  Items must be exchanged for the same item in a different size. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all exchanges. RMA numbers must be obtained within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery in order to qualify for the exchange.  If the 14 days has passed you will no longer be able to exchange your merchandise.  

**Special Order Items and or Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

**If you are exchanging an item for the same size but would like a different color additional shipping charges will apply. 

 

Defective Merchandise

 

- May be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange after obtaining a RMA number.

- If you received incorrect or damaged merchandise, we will provide you with a label for return shipping at no charge. 

  

Non-Defective Merchandise

 

- May be exchanged within 14 days of delivery after obtaining an RMA number.

- We only accept even exchanges at this time.  Items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size/color.

- May be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- Must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. Items damaged or showing signs of use are not returnable and you will be responsible for shipping charges to have those items shipped back. Items missing will be subject to additional charges.  If merchandise is received in any other condition than listed above your exchange will not be processed.

- You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the unwanted merchandise for your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it leaves our warehouse, all claims will have to be filled with the appropriate carrier. If the merchandise has not been received within 7 days of the days of your request your exchange RMA will be cancelled and your request will be closed.

 

- If exchanged merchandise is not received new condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached your request will not be processed. 

 

Exchange Procedure

 

- Please fill out the Exchange Merchandise Request form to obtain a Return Merchandise (RMA) Number within 14 days of the date of purchase.

- Your RMA confirmation will be emailed to you.

- Unwanted merchandise must be shipped back using the address and details in your RMA confirmation email within 7 Days of the date of your request.  Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package for timely processing.

- Once your return has been received your new items will be processed and delivered within 3 - 5 days.  

 

 Shipping Policy

 

- Brand Evolution, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- Once your package leaves our warehouse and tracking has been registered with the carrier you selected on your order, Brand Evolution, LLC no longer is liable for delivery of your package, lost or stolen packages.   All claims regarding lost or stolen packages will have to be filed with that carrier directly.  

- Please confirm all shipping information prior to placing your order.  If your ship to address is incorrect, misspelled or missing address information such as building numbers, apartment numbers, SW, SE, NE, NW, and is lost, stolen, undeliverable or returned to sender, Brand Evolution, LLC is not liable for the cost to replace and/or reship your order.

- If you place an order via Phone please be sure to check the ship to address on your order email confirmation the same day.  In the event the address is incorrectly entered, misspelled or missing address information such as building numbers, apartment numbers, SW, SE, NE, NW, and is lost, stolen, undeliverable and/or returned to sender Brand Evolution, LLC is not liable for the cost to replace and/or reship your order.

- Tracking information is sent directly to the customer via Pitney Bowes - USPS or UPS. Please be sure to follow up with the appropriate carrier to locate your package prior to contacting Brand Evolution, LLC with any lost or stolen package information as we are unable to assist directly with these claims you will have to file them with the carrier.
